Job Description
The Clinical Liaison will work with physicians, discharge planners, and patients' families to plan the best continuum of care after an ICU or post-surgical stay. The role involves clinical assessments, counseling, and partnering with hospital case managers and physicians to create a smooth pre-admission and transfer process.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RT) License
- Ability to complete clinical assessments of medically complex patients
- Demonstrated success in patient advocacy
- Superior communication and relationship-building skills
- Prior healthcare marketing or business development experience
