Job Description
INSHAPE SOLUTIONS is seeking an Instructor/Coach to motivate and engage members through group fitness programs and recreational sports. The role involves creating engaging workouts, providing instruction, and fostering a sense of belonging within the club. Instructors/Coaches will motivate members to explore multiple programs and provide a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- National certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.) or format specific training
- Must complete online and in-person internal training requirements
- Lifeguard certification (for aqua programs)
- 2+ years of team sports experience (for free programming)
- Strong motivational skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Trustline Registered
- Willing to work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Bilingual skills a plus
