Job Description
InShape Solutions is seeking an Instructor or Coach to motivate members through group fitness and recreational sports programs. Instructors/Coaches will guide members to a holistic fitness approach, monitoring their progress and creating an engaging workout experience. They may lead live or virtual classes and work with all ages.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid certifications in a fitness class (e.g., National certification from AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA) or format-specific training
- Lifeguard certification (required for aqua programming)
- 2+ years of team sports experience
- Strong motivational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
