Job Description
InShape Solutions is seeking a Fitness Instructor to motivate members to pursue a holistic fitness approach through group fitness and recreational sports programs. Instructors/Coaches will monitor members' needs, provide guidance, and create an engaging workout experience. This role may involve both live and virtual classes and requires building a strong sense of community.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- National certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.) or format specific training (i.e. Les Mills, Zumba, Keiser, U-Jam Fitness, etc.)
- Lifeguard certification
- 2+ years of team sports experience
- Strong motivational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Trustline Registered to coach children
- Current CPR certification within 60 days of hire date
- Flexible/positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual skills a plus
