Instructor

InShape Solutions is seeking an Instructor or Coach to promote a holistic fitness approach through group fitness and recreational sports programs. The role involves motivating members, creating engaging workouts, validating access to paid programming, and providing guidance on proper form and technique. The instructor will also assist with events and contribute to a positive club community.

Requirements

• HS diploma or GED equivalent
• National certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.) or format specific training
• 2+ years of team sports experience (USPTA, USTA Net Generation, USAPA, IPTPA, US Masters certification)
• Lifeguard certification
• 2+ years of team sports experience (USPTA, USTA Net Generation, USAPA, IPTPA, US Masters certification)
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Strong motivational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Trustline Registered to coach children
• Current CPR certification (or pass within 60 days)
