Job Description
InShape Solutions is seeking an Instructor or Coach to promote a holistic approach to fitness through group classes and recreational sports programs. This role involves motivating members, creating an engaging workout experience, and ensuring the safety and well-being of participants. Instructors/Coaches will maintain a positive and professional environment while providing instruction and coaching for all ages.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- Certifications required for Fitness Classes (e.g., AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA)
- Lifeguard certification for aquatic programs
- 2+ years of team sports experience for sports classes
- Strong motivational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Trusted with children
- Flexible/positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual skills a plus
