Job Description
In-Shape Solutions is seeking a Coach or Instructor to promote a holistic approach to fitness through group classes and recreational sports. The role involves motivating members, creating an engaging workout experience, and upholding safety and club policies. Coaches may lead classes, provide instruction, and coach others, with a focus on creating a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- National certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.) or format specific training
- 2+ years of team sports experience
- National certification required for paid programming
- Lifeguard certification for aqua programming
- Valid CPR certification
- 2+ years of team sports experience
- Strong motivational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Trustline Registered to coach children
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Flexible/positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Current CPR certification (within 60 days of hire)
