Job Description
In-Shape Solutions is seeking an Instructor or Coach to promote a holistic approach to fitness through group fitness and recreational sports programs. The role involves motivating members, creating an engaging workout experience, delivering instruction, and fostering a sense of community within the club. Instructors/Coaches will monitor member progress and ensure a safe and well-maintained environment.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- National certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.) or format specific training
- Lifeguard certification
- Must be able to coach children
- Willing to work flexible shifts
- Flexible and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
