Job Description
In-Shape Solutions is seeking an Instructor or Coach to promote a holistic approach to fitness through group fitness and recreational sports programs. The role involves motivating members, engaging them in classes and activities, and ensuring they develop a pathway to continued involvement. Instructors/Coaches will monitor progress, teach proper technique, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- National certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.)
- Lifeguard certification (required for aqua programming)
- 2+ years of team sports experience (for sports classes)
- Strong motivational skills
- Teamwork and flexible availability
