Job Description
In-Shape Solutions is seeking a Fitness Instructor or Coach to encourage holistic fitness through group classes and recreational sports programs. This role involves motivating members, promoting club events, and providing excellent instruction. Instructors/Coaches should focus on creating an engaging workout experience and ensuring member safety.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- National certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.) or training
- Lifeguard certification
- CPR or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
- Team sports experience
- Strong motivational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to be flexible (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
