Job Description
In-Shape Solutions is seeking a motivated Instructor or Coach to promote holistic fitness through group classes, recreational sports, and youth clubs. The role involves motivating members, creating an engaging workout experience, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include motivator, class facilitator, equipment demonstration, safety, and member development.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- National certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.) or format specific training accepted
- Lifeguard certification required
- 2+ years of team sports experience required
- Strong motivational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Trustline Registered to coach children
- Flexible/positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Current CPR certification (within 60 days of hire)
