Job Description
In-Shape Solutions is seeking an Instructor or Coach to promote a holistic approach to fitness through group fitness and recreational sports programs. Instructors/Coaches will motivate members to explore multiple classes and clubs, creating an engaging workout experience. They'll deliver instructional experiences, validate member access, and foster a sense of community. The role may involve live or virtual classes and involves teaching all ages.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- National certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.) or format specific training
- Lifeguard certification (must be held)
- 2+ years of team sports experience
- Strong motivational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility and positive attitude
- Bilingual skills a plus
- CPR certification (within 60 days of hire date)
