Job Description
In-Shape Solutions is seeking an Instructor or Coach to encourage members to pursue a holistic approach to fitness through group fitness and recreational sports programs. The role involves motivating members, creating engaging workout experiences, and ensuring member safety and participation. Instructors/Coaches will motivate members and teach effective exercise techniques.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid National certification in fitness class teaching (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.)
- Lifeguard certification
- 2+ years of team sports experience
- National certification required to teach paid programming
- Must complete online and in-person training
- Current CPR certification within 60 days
