Job Description
In-Shape Solutions is seeking an Instructor or Coach to encourage members to pursue a holistic fitness approach through group fitness and recreational sports programs. The role involves motivating members, promoting events, teaching classes, and ensuring a safe and engaging workout environment. Instructors will be responsible for proper form, technique, equipment usage, and class observations.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid National certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.) or format-specific training
- Lifeguard certification
- 2+ years of team sports experience
- USPTA, USTA Net Generation, USAPA, IPTPA, US Masters certification
- Strong motivational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Current CPR certification
