Job Description
In-Shape Solutions is seeking an Instructor or Coach to motivate members to engage in group fitness and recreational sports programs. The role involves monitoring members' progress, creating engaging workouts, and providing guidance on proper form and technique. It may involve live or virtual classes and requires a welcoming, approachable, and motivating instructor.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- National certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.) or format specific training
- Lifeguard certification
- 2+ years of team sports experience
- Strong motivational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible/positive attitude
- Bilingual skills a plus
- CPR certification within 60 days of hire date
