Job Description
In-Shape Solutions is seeking an Instructor or Coach to motivate members to pursue a holistic fitness approach through group fitness and recreational sports programs. The instructor will inspire members, provide guidance on form and technique, and maintain a positive environment.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- National certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.) or format specific training
- Lifeguard certification
- 2+ years of team sports experience
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility and positive attitude
