Job Description
In-Shape Solutions is seeking an Instructor to encourage holistic fitness through group classes and recreational sports programs. The role involves motivating members, promoting events, building community, and ensuring members develop a path towards continued participation. It requires providing a safe and engaging workout experience and maintaining equipment standards.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- National certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.)
- Must complete internal and online training
- Lifeguard certification (required for aqua programming)
- 2+ years of team sports experience (for sports classes)
- Strong motivational skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Teamwork and positive attitude
