Job Description
In-Shape Solutions is seeking a motivator to encourage members to pursue a holistic approach to fitness through group classes and recreational sports programs. Instructors/Coaches will monitor member's needs, promote events, provide guidance, and create a fun workout experience. This role may involve live or virtual classes, managing class schedules, and ensuring safety.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of team sports experience (teaching free programming)
- National certification (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.) or format specific training
- Lifeguard certification (required to teach aqua programming)
- Strong motivational skills
- Ability to work independently and flexibly
- Positive attitude
