Job Description
In-Shape Solutions is seeking an Instructor to encourage members to pursue holistic fitness through group fitness and sports programs. Instructors or Coaches will motivate members, promote events, connect with members, and deliver engaging workouts in a safe environment. This role might involve live or virtual classes and managing a team of members.
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
- National certification in a fitness category (AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, Les Mills, Zumba, Keiser, U-Jam Fitness, etc.)
- Lifeguard certification
- 2+ years of experience in a team sports environment
