Great Start Executive - Fixed Term Contract

Selecta is hiring a Sales Order Processing Administrator to assist with the administration of Sales Orders and coordination of the Great Start Team. The role involves supporting the Great Start Leader, team members, and clients, and requires excellent interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements

• Review orders for complete and accurate information
• Own orders through lifecycle, from new to install & billing
• Enter orders directly onto Selecta's systems
• Log calls with technical team to ensure installations are completed on time
• Raise purchase orders with suppliers
• Allocate machines to orders from stock
• Work with 3rd Party Logistics provider to ensure timely installation
• Provide high level of customer service to clients
• Communicate with clients via phone and email
• Manage confidential information
• Display excellent attention to detail
