Selecta is hiring a Service Technician to provide high-quality service to customers and contribute to the business's overall improvements. The ideal candidate should have strong electrical knowledge, experience in fault finding and diagnosis, and excellent customer relations skills.
Requirements
- Diagnose and repair faults on a complete range of Vending Equipment
- Ensure all work is completed at the first visit, if possible
- Continually review multiple fault equipment and prioritize repairs
- Attend training courses to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Maintain good customer relations and adhere to company policies
- Form and maintain close working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Full UK driving licence with at least 12 months driving experience and no more than 6 points
- Customer-focused with a smart and professional appearance
- Strong electrical knowledge and experience
- Technical background with strong fault finding and diagnosis skills
- Awareness of how to work safely on electrical equipment
