Service Technician job description: As a Service Technician, your goal is to limit the volume of equipment failure through correct service and maintenance, and to receive zero client complaints regarding technical reliability for machines deemed to be within your area of responsibility.
Requirements
- Diagnose and repair faults on a complete range of Vending Equipment
- Ensure that all work is completed at the first visit
- Continually review multiple fault equipment and prioritize repair
- Maintain good customer relations
- Be aware of any potential cases of customer dissatisfaction and take appropriate action
- Maintain your company vehicle in a road worthy condition
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Strong electrical knowledge/experience
- Technical background with strong fault finding and diagnosis skills
- Aware of how to work safely on electrical equipment
