Senior Engineering Manager

Self Financial is a venture-backed, high-growth FinTech company with a mission to increase economic inclusion and financial resilience by empowering people to build credit and build savings. We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead two critical functions: Growth Acquisition Engineering and Quality Engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, including experience leading engineering teams
• Experience driving growth or revenue-impacting initiatives
• Strong frontend background (React preferred) and AWS expertise
• Deep experience with experimentation frameworks and performance optimization
• Proven ability to improve team performance and operational maturity
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
