Job Description
We're looking for a Bookkeeper & Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage accounts receivable, record and reconcile financial transactions, and prepare financial statements. You'll work with our finance team to improve systems and processes. Experience in bookkeeping and AR in a business setting is required, along with proficiency in QuickBooks Online and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of bookkeeping and accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (or similar accounting software)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
- Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
