Requirements
- Develop and personalize solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, with a focus on Customer Service, Omnichannel, and Marketing modules
- Manage the integration between Dynamics 365 and external systems (e.g., Azure Blob Storage, Data Lake, Event Hub, MongoDB)
- Optimize CRM entity performance, including data cleaning and historical storage activities
- Support the release of new features and updates, ensuring code quality and technical documentation
- Collaborate with the IT team and stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Manage troubleshooting activities independently
