Semafor is a global news platform seeking a Client Coordinator to support sales, client partnerships, and integrated program delivery. The role involves media planning, proposal creation, client communication, and campaign coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in media, advertising, communications, client services, or account coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort interacting with clients
• Interest in media planning, integrated programs, and the business of journalism
