Client Coordinator

The New York Times is seeking a Client Coordinator to provide top-notch client service to media partners. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in sales and NYT products, with excellent relationship-building skills and a commitment to journalistic independence.

Requirements

• Create and organize pre-sale decks
• Help develop the RFP process
• Create post-campaign wrap reports
• Use Salesforce to maintain key account information
• Communicate with COF and request reservations
• Respond to servicing and information requests
• Track spending for print and digital advertising
• Assist HOI and sellers with POD related organizational tasks
• Review NDA contracts
• Provide excellent customer service
