Job Description
Semafor is seeking a VIP Program Booker to support our flagship live journalism events in a contract role from December 2025 through April 2026. The role involves coordinating with VIP event participants, managing logistics, and providing editorial and programming support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategic communications, corporate relations, executive engagement, client management, or related fields
- Demonstrated track record of building high-level relationships with C-suite executives
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven ability to engage confidently with senior-level executives
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledgeable about major business and economic trends
- Sophisticated presence and balance of gravitas and confidentiality
