As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll help B2B e-commerce customers navigate challenges and deliver world-class customer experiences. You'll interact with customers across multiple channels and be encouraged to spot patterns, suggest improvements, and shape our customer experience. Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English and French, in speaking and writing
• Previous CS experience is a bonus, but we care more about curiosity and mindset
• Great communication skills
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
• Ability to think on your feet and juggle multiple things at once
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Ability to work 40 hours a week, with days Mon-Fri starting at 8:45 and wrapping at 17:30
