As a Customer Support Consultant at Sendcloud, you'll help customers navigate challenges and empower them to make confident decisions.
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in English and French, in speaking and writing
- Previous CS experience is a bonus, but we care more about curiosity and mindset
- Great communication skills
- Thrive on learning and take ownership of mistakes
- Ability to think on your feet and stay cool under pressure
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Availability to work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday
