Customer Support Consultant at Sendcloud, providing support to B2B e-commerce customers via multiple channels, empowering them to make confident decisions, and growing with the company through training and projects.
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in English and French, in speaking and writing
- Previous CS experience is a bonus
- Great communicator
- Thrives on learning, takes ownership of mistakes, and loves growing from them
- Thinks on feet, juggles multiple things at once, and stays cool under pressure
- Tackles every challenge with positivity and energy
- Available to work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday
