Job Description
Sendoso is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help customers succeed through responsive, friendly, and solution-focused support. The role requires a fixed working shift to align with US-based customers and involves managing live chats, email tickets, and creating Help Center content.
Requirements
- 1+ years history of success interacting with customers over email, phone, and chat required.
- Ability to consistently work the required shift of 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST to support our US customers.
- Exceptional customer experience background and customer advocacy and empathy.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills, perseverance, and patience.
- Creative problem-solving and ability to work independently (Remotely).
