Sendoso is a fast-growing company seeking an Office Coordinator to support its facilities and administrative operations. The successful candidate will ensure the organization, coordination, and administrative execution of front office and facility-related activities, acting as the central coordination point for office operations and setting the tone for a professional and organized office environment.

Requirements

• Experience in an office-based administrative, coordinator, or executive support role
• Proven experience managing administrative workflows, schedules, or vendor coordination in an office environment
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication skills across teams, vendors, and leadership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, track tasks, and ensure consistent follow-through
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, interruption-driven office setting
