Job Description
Provide behaviorally focused, intensive mental health services to children identified as at-risk for higher levels of care or stepping down from higher levels of care.
Requirements
- Maintain a caseload of 3-6 clients
- Meet with clients and caregivers on a regular basis
- Collaborate with treatment team members
- Coordinate and implement overall services and treatment for assigned clients
- Complete treatment plans, functional behavioral assessments, progress notes, and other required documentation
