Bilingual Outpatient Therapist

The Bilingual Outpatient Therapist provides culturally responsive mental health services to youth and their families, including individual and family therapy and child and family team meetings.

Requirements

• Provide child, family and/or group therapy utilizing culturally informed and best practice modalities.
• Work in partnership with children, youth and families to determine their goals within therapy.
• Maintain availability for crisis intervention services and complete incident reports in adherence to agency timeline.
• Participate in individual and group supervision.
• Commit to and engage in self-evaluation as well as organizational goals, strategies, and systemic practices regarding diversity, equity and inclusion.
