Job Description
Now with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for new Seneca employees! We are seeking a Per Diem Nurse to work outside of a hospital at the STEP programs, which provides intensive, short-term stabilization services to youth, ages 12-17.
Requirements
- Prescribe, implement, and evaluate nursing care delivered within their shift
- Utilize the nursing process to provide assessment, treatment planning, and evaluation of client care
- Meet all regulatory documentation standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, Quality Assurance, and Utilization Review activities
- Act as a clinical role model and provide nursing consultation to staff
- Facilitate the Recreational Group for the program
- Collaborate with Psychiatrist and Clinical Manager to ensure quality of care
Benefits
- Starting $60.10 - $62.60 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Additional compensation provided upon passing bilingual language proficiency exam
- Salary increases each year
