Psychiatrist

We are seeking a contracted Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist in Petaluma, CA to provide psychiatric services to a Partial Hospitalization Program.

Requirements

• Board eligibility or certification in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry
• Active California Medical License
• Current and Valid DEA Certificate
• Successful completion of Seneca's credentialing process
• Proof of liability insurance
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies' insurance policy
• TB test clearance
• Fingerprinting clearance
• Any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
