School-Based Therapist

School Therapist position available at Maya Angelou Academy in Oakland, CA, providing therapy to help students overcome challenges and thrive in their learning environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, professional clinical counseling, or psychology
• Registered or eligible to register with the California BBS required
• Experience working with youth in a mental health or education setting is strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from the school site and other occasional meeting locations or Valid California Driver's License (will vary by job/program)
• TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
