Care Associate - Assisted Living (AL) PT starting at $19.80

In this role you will be responsible for providing assistance to residents in the Assisted Living Program with their activities of daily living.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working in senior care
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond and communicate to emergency situations
• May need to have a CNA or CHHA license depending on the state
• Basic computer skills
• Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful
• Ability to work as a part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in high stress situations
• Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward the residents and your co-workers
