Executive Chef - 100+ Unit Assisted Living

Our client is a well established assisted living provider in the Bellevue, WA area seeking an Executive Chef to lead their dining services department. The Executive Chef is responsible for overall management of the dining services department, including coordinating daily menus, supervising kitchen personnel, and maintaining kitchen sanitation and safety standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED, culinary degree preferred
• 2 years of commercial kitchen cooking experience
• Culinary school training and experience working in retirement community preferred
