Job Description
Queens Community House (QCH) is seeking an Internship Coordinator to join the Learning to Work (LTW) Program at Voyages Preparatory High School. The Internship Coordinator will develop, manage, and oversee student internship opportunities while providing individualized career counseling and professional development support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education, Social Work, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth in education or workforce development
- Strong knowledge of career development, workforce readiness, and challenges faced by high school students
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with employers, students, and community partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with database management
