Job Description
Queens Community House (QCH) is seeking a Job Developer to support youth ages 14–24 through work-readiness training, career exploration, and employer engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Education, Social Work, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth, preferably in workforce development
- Employer engagement, sales, or business outreach experience is a plus
