Job Description
Job Developer - CRED seeks to empower young adults by connecting them to career opportunities in the culinary and technology sectors. The CRED Job Developer supports out-of-school, unemployed, and underemployed young adults ages 18–40 by building and maintaining strong relationships with participants, employers, and community stakeholders to ensure successful internship placements and long-term job outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Business, or Marketing
- 1–3 years of job development experience with young adults (ages 18–30)
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools (e.g., Salesforce)
