As an Account Manager for Sensata Technologies, you will be the primary commercial interface for strategic accounts, driving long-term growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Identify and map decision-making units within customer organizations to accelerate growth initiatives
- Serve as the primary contact for all commercial and account management topics
- Coordinate cross-functional engagement to deliver superior customer experience and meet scorecard objectives
- Ensure customers receive high-quality service and maintain top supplier ratings
- Build a strong pipeline of new opportunities with a high success rate
- Lead complex sales cycles for products requiring DVP&R processes
- Negotiate effectively and influence key decision-makers to secure strategic wins
