IT Solutions Delivery Lead

The IT Solution Delivery Manager, Order to Cash, is responsible for leading business analysts and developers in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle solutions. The role includes managing a team, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring alignment with Oracle best practices.

Requirements

• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Business ethics, communication, customer orientation, result orientation, teamwork, planning and organizing, problem solving, time management, conflict management, decision making, resilience, strategic thinking, team management, budget management
• Ability to lead a team, design and implement solutions, manage middleware and integration architecture standards, and ensure effective enterprise IT infrastructure deployment
