The Sushi Cook is responsible for executing all dishes and recipes provided by culinary leadership, maintaining a clean and tidy work environment, and working in tandem with all positions in the kitchen and department. The role requires a positive and upbeat attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Food handler’s certification
• Minimum one year related work experience
