Application Scientist II

Application Scientist II provides technical support to internal and external customers through formulation, custom blending, prototyping, and troubleshooting at both pilot and commercial scales. Experience in the food or ingredient industry is valued.

Requirements

• B.S. or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Science, or related scientific field.
• Minimum 2+ years of formulation experience in coatings, colors, flavors, or food-based applications.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical development and registration processes preferred.
• Familiarity with fluid bed and pan coating equipment, granulators, tablet presses, encapsulators, and printing systems preferred.
• Knowledge of project management and analytical techniques preferred.
• Experience delivering technical presentations in academic or industry settings preferred.
