Field Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee all aspects of crop management, leading harvest supervisors and field staff, and delivering crop for dehydration.

Requirements

• Directly supervise and lead harvest supervisors and indirectly supervise all field staff
• Constantly work toward the improvement of safety, quality and production
• Provide leadership and direction to field staff ensuring specific objectives are met
