We are looking for a passionate HR Generalist to join our HR team in Geesthacht, Germany. In this role, you will provide operational HR support in all areas of the employee life cycle.
Requirements
- Support HR manager, works council and the management in the planning and implementation of personnel measures as well as the implementation of HR strategies
- Recruitment of new employees as part of the European recruiting team
- Contact and support person for employees and managers throughout the entire employee life cycle and personnel matters including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure the maintenance of the personnel information, time recording and preparation of evaluations and reports in the system
- Preparation of monthly payroll and cooperation with external payroll and insurance companies
- Cooperation with the various HR departments of the Group as well as collaboration in international HR projects
