Job Description
Sentara is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist as an Internal Medicine Specialist at Obici Hospital in Suffolk, VA. The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist of Internal Medicine participates in all aspects of the medication-use system while delivering comprehensive and personalized pharmaceutical care to patients in their designated areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Level Degree in Pharmacy (Required)
- Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy (Preferred)
- Virginia Pharmacist License (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (Required)
- Minimum 3 years of Clinical Pharmacist experience (Required)
- Residency Trained (Preferred)
